I had such a great experience at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of everything. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was well-appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including a great sound system and a lovely terrace to enjoy my morning coffee. The hotel also offered a range of additional services like airport shuttle and room service, making my stay even more convenient.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Staying in this boutique hotel during Christmas was a great experience! the location was perfect, close to the main square and other key attractions. the room had a nice bath tube and shower with hot water and good pressure. It was also very clean, and the size and comfort of the bed were amazing. Another advantage was the voucher for breakfast, which allowed us to choose from several cafes nearby. We enjoyed our meal at the Grand Cafe Leopoldis and appreciated the bottle of sparkling wine provided.

the bar was closed on arrival, and we found out there was limited facility overlapping the festive season.

The hotel offered vouchers for free breakfast at nearby cafes, which was a great way to explore the city. The location was in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to major attractions. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. Plus, the hotel provided bottled water and local treats in the room, which was a nice touch during the Christmas season.

There were some downsides to our stay. The sound insulation in the room was poor, and we could hear conversations in the hallway.

This low, budget hotel is amazing for travelers looking for the perfect blend of price and quality. Its location is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the city, situated only a short walk away from main attractions. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and well, maintained bathrooms. Service is prompt and helpful, receptionists are very welcoming, and you get a voucher for a breakfast at several cafes nearby. the unique facilities of the hotel include speakers in the room and a bathtub in the middle.

One small issue was mentioned regarding the soundproofing on room doors, but it wasn't a major drawback for a budget, oriented traveler.

The hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the historical downtown, with a unique and interesting design. The bathtub in the room is a luxurious touch, and the breakfast options are satisfying. The view from the hotel is also impressive. The size of the bed is spacious and comfortable.

The bed sheets were on the firmer side, but still manageable.
